   Each person picks one task that eats most of their time. We build the AI and automation for it together. Here's where everyone gets the working prompt for their specific problem.

   Deploy something live

   Each person turns their prompt into something on the public internet: a page, a tool, a form that works. Yes, even the people who've never touched code!

   Connect the pieces

   Make two systems talk to each other. Whether it's a CRM, calendar, inbox, or something else, each person will create one workflow that runs without anyone touching it. This is the hour that pays for the day.

   The team playbook

   The day's best ideas go into one internal document: the playbook. Every team member can use it. Every new hire reads it. We help you keep it secure.

5. 17:00

   You don't need us tomorrow

   Each person presents what they've built to the room. The point is that the team sees that ordinary people just shipped real work. That observation is the deliverable.

   60-minute virtual follow-up

   Two weeks later we'll all meet up on a call and find out what stuck, what broke, what the team is building now, and anything else you've learned since the academy day. This is the session most trainers don't run, and it's a key reason why ours actually work.
